When you buy a computer from The Computing Australia Group, we aim to ensure that it is job ready.
We have a 200 point Quality Assurance checklist that ticks all the boxes.
A standard CA base prep includes:

Base Prep

  • Unpack the equipment and check for any faults
  • Microsoft updates
  • Uninstalling unnecessary software
  • Install Adobe Reader and Google Chrome
  • Driver updates as required
  • VPN connection if available
  • Join Domain or Entra AD
  • Data transfer
  • Configure network shares

Microsoft 365

Configure one 365 user account that includes:
  • Installation of all 365 programs associated with the subscriptions
  • Configure the email account associated with the subscription
  • Synchronise 365 data

Onsite setup

  • Remove packaging
  • Ergonomic setup of equipment and connect the device to the local network
  • One-on-one walk-through to demonstrate your new computer
